WLCA H50/1a later in the year. Not mega fast but alright. Think there might be one on the Kingston Bagpews Oxford course, not sure.

hopefully I don't need a mega fast course then!

only need 1 minute 56 seconds, which is a lot compared to your 12 seconds, but I still don't think its much in the larger scale of things...

I need to pull my finger out and do a 50. My 100 PB is 1.15mph faster! Did a 1:58:50 for the first 50 of the 100.
