If you are SE then Wards did some repairs and fitting for us and were good. Not cheap though, but then I don't think anyone is.
I looked into installing it myself and it looked possible, but you've got to make sure you get the void behind the fireplace properly filled or you loose heat and possibly worse. In the end I figured it was easier to just get someone in to do it.
