In 31.6 (?) on a stiff as fck alu* frame? It would be brutal :)
* OK just the rear triangle...

The fizik stuff is both nice looking and the logoage is also subtle.

Wanted: CAAD10 frame(set) in a 58 - forks optional.
I should have though about this sooner as being a replacement for my cracked Six

CAAD10 > Six by a zillion miles

It was a toss-up between the CAAD9 and the Six when I bought it. The CAAD10 wasn't around at the time, IIRC.
What forks does the CAAD10 come with? Is it worth swapping over the Six forks?
-
• #1988
Yeah, CAAD9 or SystemSix would have been the alternative - Cannondale got caught with their pants down and had to rush out a full crabon bike. The Six. But the System was the better frame, still.
I believe the CAAD10 fork is the same as the Evo fork - full carbon, down to the dropouts. I wouldn't do anything with the Six forks other than eBaying or binning them TBH.

I believe I never presented my Caad5 here. I built it last year after I found the frame cheap on here.
Next upgrades: wheels (probably ksyriums), bars (I can't get along with the shape of the Ergonovas, I might have to move the hoods as well and give it a better try).

Weird - I thought the Time forks were all crabon. That looks like a regular Slice.

Alu not Carbon steerer.

Just ordered my caad10 frame set, i get to see what all the fuss is about next Tuesday.
-
• #1999
Yeh - I thought the Time forks were all carbon, and super-light, i.e. 300g cut.
That looks like the standard alu/carbon slice, which is odd, on an (old) BB30 frame.

I've only ever seen these frames with the alu steerer slice.
What seatpost is that AMAC?
