Those work, but you have to get the BB30 bearings pressed in first (~£25 + labour), so really more of a temporary bodge to fit a 24mm axle into a bike which has already been built up with a BB30 crank and no cheaper than the Praxis if you don't already have the bearings in place.

I wouldn't call them a temporary bodge...they were/are being used on pro bikes.
