I'm sort of between Leyton and Leytonstone but it's in Newham and also is E15 and so doesn't always come up in Leyton and L'stone specific postcode searches. Worth a look if you want Victorian terrace house with garden without hipster tax. Very convenient location for central line and Olympic park. But, some might prefer Waltham Forest as a borough, if so, stick to north of Crownfield Rd.
