€700 is a good price for the silva's so buy them. The covers are just cover and only worth that to a collector as a piece of history not a £200 wheelset with some plastic on them.

True boss but I think the lack of space I have is making me think twice about getting them. Ive already got a set but they dont match :-(

Tons of discs seem to go in the €250 range in my parts I wouldn't mind picking of a spengle at some point. Also I bought an old hed here for €70 they are pretty cheap. Sold an Araya disc 2 years ago for $500 bought it for $75, wish I kept it.
