Are Fudges cylces worth ordering from? Anyone got any good or bad experience with them?

ordered zipp bars and stem from them last year.
delayed delivery (have to call them) because stem was out of stock,
got refund for stem and bars delivered at the end. Maybe best to call them first
Also they brick and mortar shops don't stock any fancy components, those are available only online.
