BTW, pump it up really high as you can (140-150psi), leave it overnight, then deflate to your idea pressure, this help stretch the tyres nicely.
But the part of the tyre that would stretch under those conditions isn't the part that keeps it on the rim - or am I being thick?
I'm not sure I understood your question, do you mean tyre bead stretching?
