These ACE rims have a solid spoke bed. So can withstand decent tension. Ie. We use the same length spokes on their 60mm deep rims as our old 56mm ones from Hongfu.
Think my chap has already pulled the trigger on the 35mm ones.
No massive problem though. He has used these before and thinks a lot of them.
