  • No messin'

  • No point in messin', had to get it off the market and cancel the other viewings. Here we go again......

  • So much this.
Foxtons always value at least 20k over. Fuck using them for anything.

  • Googling sheds. Any recommendations?

  • I believe that every man is born with a belief that he has the ability to build a shed. It's simply not in doubt. Whether that belief is supported by the facts, however, is up for debate.

    As you were...

  • http://www.google.com has always worked for me.

  • I plan on putting one together, not "building" one.

  • .

  • I was shed-planning before we even started looking for places.

Current plan is to get a half-shed (Warner flats ftw) and put solar panels on the roof for the fermenting fridge, drill charger and laptop charger for playing DayZ and, er, other internet based activities.

I think sheds are like a blokey version of the monolith from 2001.

  • I'll be shed planning soon but possibly a bed before that, and a cooker, and a washing machine, and a sofa

  • Fuck that shit. Get a shed.

  • I used shedstore.co.uk

    Would use again.

  • Sounds very wise.
I need a place with a garden so I too can build such a shed.
    And a pizza oven.

  • Pizza oven already cleared by the missus.

If we actually get this place, you and vesalius should come round for some IRL beers/crap food.

  • All of my actions and efforts are essentially part of a plan in which the final step, and culmination, is "shed".

It is my purpose and endgame.

  • Nice work! And sounds good to me BRO.

  • I'm not counting my chickens just yet but the fact this place is vacant and therefore no chain, makes me ridiculously happy

  • Has anyone successfully challenged their council tax banding?

  • Gardening. Like digging up bricks that were laid. And replanning and stuff. I want to put a new shed in that can :
    a) hold my bikes
    b) provide some sort of cover when I "train" on the turbo in the dark, cold, wet, winter months.

    Anyone know a person?

  • Pretty much.

  • Has anyone any mortgage advice? I'm looking to buy a house in Ireland for my sister to live in. Its my first buy and is simply a stop gap as she is self employed and can't get a mortgage. Once she has the ability to buy the house I will sell it back to her at whatever I have spent. Do I need to go for a buy to let mortgage and are there tax implications to consider?
