  • I tend to find if I exclude one food group I eat more of another. Try looking at portion size/control. If you eat reasonably size meals and combine this with exercise you may be pleasantly surprised.

  • Cheers man, I've been trying with portion control as well, problem is I'm in catered halls so it's a little ropey for the moment, hoping to lose more over the summer when I'm cooking for myself.
