looks perfectly fine to me. ano wears off; its only a thin layer on the alu.
the rim has ages life left; once the wall gets concave then its fubard.
you can also for peace of mind measure the width of the rim wall. there are guides on the interwebs until which thickness its safe. other rims have wear indicators; a milled line on the rim with a certain depth and when it disappears, its a sign of rim death.
