I was just wondering whether I had been taking my watch off for security pointlessly.
It's just something I do, thinking that a big lump of metal would set off the alarm, but is it actually going to do so - enquiring minds want to know.
It will set it off, yes. So you need to put it through the X-ray machine, which can apparently magnetize a mechanical watch and bugger up its timekeeping. I have to do this every working day, I probably need a Milgauss...
