Thanks @Howard I'll try that. I've only got a chaintug on the drive-side, which essentially acts as a big washer between the track-nut and the frame. Any way of increasing the purchase of the chain-tug on the frame?
Shot blast it, failing that, scratch the shit out of it.
I'm almost tempted to counterbore it on the inside and add a star washer to sit between it and the frame. Bad idea?
