If I am ordering P Clamps for a 531C frame, does anyone have any idea what diameter I should be going for?
Order all the sizes (well, everything from 12mm to 18mm), there are several possible seat stays for 531, builder's choice. P-clamps cost almost nothing and it won't hurt to have the unused sizes in your parts bin for future projects.

I am in a different city to the bike which is making getting a measurement difficult.
