Getting my run-mojo back! Did a couple of 5k runs last week, knee had a little niggle but nothing to write home about. Accidentally went a bit further yesterday and did 5.6k in just under 25 mins with no pain apart from the good tired muscle kind. Feels good but I've lost so much fitness. Time to get back onto a proper training plan!
