I am arione4lyf too. I recently discovered that Fizik actually tells you to level the rails not the saddle nose which means its at least 2 deg downward facing; won't be approved by #internetbikefit nazis but its doing wonders for me. And by arione I mean Kurve Snake.

As I get lower over the bike (when pushing on for e.g.) I tend to roll forward off my ischial tuberosities and onto my central soft tissue (perineal area?), leaving me resting on the spine of the saddle with a part of myself that doesn't appreciate it that much.
I've been using a standard Arione for years now, but am thinking about trying something with either a cut out or an abbreviated nose.
Which should I try first, oh hive mind?
