Ta, Nisbetts whetstones don't go fine enough for my Aogami knife, I had it sharpened yesterday at the Jap Knife Company and wanted to purchase a Naniwa combi stone but they're sold out.
They also had a clever little abrasive rubber block that removed the very slight tarnish that appears on the blade edge no matter how carefully I dry it. It back to its sharpest!
