I think it probably has an EU volume limit. Often can't be removed without rooting but I'm not sure about the Z3.
Ran into more problems with CM11 on Nexus 5. For some reason some programs are unable to write to the SD card. In particular this means that Chrome can't download files, the camera doesn't work (can't save the file) and trying tou use gallery or quickpic to view images doesn't work as it can't access the SD.
Tried a few of the solutions online but they didn't work. Trying to find a better way to back stuff up before I move on to installing nightlies (I'm on the RC). Biggest annoyance is I was using CM11 before and this didn't happen.
