The spanner set in question actually belonged to my gf originally, I can't be certain but would guess they were from the 99p store, as this seems to be her budget emporium of choice.

I already have a spanner set from the pound shop but the sizes are way out, 5mm too small and 6mm far too large...!
Thanks for checking @andyp hopefully the spanners I've ordered will be true to size.
