I already have a spanner set from the pound shop but the sizes are way out, 5mm too small and 6mm far too large...!

Thanks for checking @andyp hopefully the spanners I've ordered will be true to size.

I think it's a problem with the cheap spanners not being true to size rather than a half size, however will be able to confirm this once the new set land.
