Perfect, I'll order those, given it's a winter commuter.
I managed to get them off quite easily with a few light taps of the hammer and supporting the bearing in a vice. Getting them back on might be a bit harder. I'll have to think about that, might use a deep socket on the inside part of the bearing.
For bearing removal, use a bearing puller, tutorials on teh interwebz on how to use:
2rs suffix means both sides of the bearing have a rubber seal, so will keep dust out, they look up to the job
