Don't all Europa teams play on a Sunday after their midweek matches? This would be the same as a CL team playing Wednesday and Saturday, yeah?
And the distance thing? Come on, a nice airplane trip to an unknown land is much more fun than a drizzly Tuesday night in Blackpool (or Boro).*
