From last year experience yes get a rain jacket if only to keep you dry, two days and one day @andyp compromise.
Lotto wore the Vermarc Extreme rain jacket at this years Milan San Remo which seems good reviews and £80.
Be optimistic you will have nice weather. You still will need a newspaper for descending. Or a gilet. I use this.
