Thanks all for the race cape feedback.
I have the 15% off code, but it still works out at £165... a lot of dough for something that may not get all that much use. But I am concerned that, as a waif, long wet mountain descents are likely to prevent me getting over another climb as my muscles stop in the cold. I'm just not sure if one of those superlight pack jackets will do the job (I have an old castelli sotille)
How's the fit of them? I have a small PT jacket and PT jersey and both are good fits.
So @clem-fandango, what happened to v1!?! If you happen to have a V1 in small cluttering your wardrobe I'll happily do a forumunger a favour!
