    Work out fueling and try it out on a ride too.

    Carb drink and some gels. Elecrtolye too.
    Dehydration will be the end of you.

  • There's gonna be lots of gels. Laps of the Bentley 25 course so refueling should be easyish. My mate did 4:06~ last year so I've got a target.
