I have a wheel which I think has one of the older Sovos hubs that Sheldon talks about here It'll take a normal track sprocket ok but not a standard lockring. Anyone know where I can try for one of the non standard lockrings? SJS are the only place that seem to have Sosvos lockrings but they are the standard ones.

I've got a long-term slightly stupid build plan brewing... does anyone know if I can get hold of a derailleur hanger for track dropouts, a la this: http://www.fyxation.com/blogs/fyxation-1/8291781-quiver-frameset-removable-derailleur-hanger? (Fyxation sell a whole kit, but I'm only after the hanger for now)

Install your cranks on the other side and make do with a drop a of weak locktite on the threads before installing the cog and off you go.

@Spxtz - You could try one of these:

Any good? -

Are the cheap bib shorts/stuff on wiggle any good? If not suggestions for stuff decent enough to ride to work and back in.

Where can I buy Newbaum's tape in Central London?

Cheers for those suggestions, I wonder what stops the emergency derailleur from swinging around though? Isn't it just to get you home if yours is buggered? Axle size might not matter at this point. Basically I want to make my beater fixie (NYCBikes Cityfixed) into a racked runaround 1x5 or similar... @Pifko @Landslide

The mech hanger bolt is threaded so won't swing round. the dmr chaintugs are good solution.

I'm looking for vegan birthday cake that I can pick up in London today.
Any ideas? -

I, too, am looking for an oddly specific thing in a fairly specific place NOW.
Adidas astroturf football trainers somewhere between Covent Garden and Kennignton or around but NOT Sports Direct. Anything? Lots of running shops but no general sports shops. Picky twat that I am, I will not go to Nike Town. I'd rather play in my Vans.

Soccer scene carnaby street or adidas shop oxford street? Or are tehy too out of the way?

@Cycliste's spinning instructor uses Albatraoz. Apparently they don't understand that the language is a bit risque. Total brainworm, though, that song.

Cheers - they'll have to be enough in the way because that's the only choice I have :)

white's, Piccadilly?
-
• #67671
They work, which is about as much as I can says about mine.
Still prefer my Rapha, but those can be useful on commute.
edit £9 too cheap to pass up.

No idea about the language, I've only heard a 20 second clip, which is more than enough to drive this pacifist to extreme violence.

• #67673
That's a Sports Direct now

I think the branding's mixed but it's owned by SD anyway...
I tend to group all that kind of thing into the term "NRG" which you have to say with a snarl on your face and then spit on the ground.
