    I swear by tubs. This mainly because (A) the roads arent very stabby up here, and (B) I feel safe riding down mountains on them.

    For your usual tri usuage, especially in the UK. Clinchers are probably better. Things will likely be flatish, and the roads more stabby.

    My advice would be to buy some 'open tubulars' like veloflex, and run them with latex inners. Then carry a spare butyl inner. Because latex inners are a bitch to fit on the road.

    I've currently started tri training myself. I'm finding brick sessions very tough. Swimming then riding leaves you feeling fatigued on the bike, and riding then running ruins your usual run style as the legs are unevenly fatigued. I'm finding little things like riding to the pool if possible, or schedualing a run directly after riding home from work, really help.
