I've only got done it for my Hed 3. You'll need chain tugs if you're doing a rear wheel.

Allen keys rather than 15 mm spanner?

@mdcc_tester / @umop3pisdn- I think you have a neat solution for not needing track nuts for your fixie bikes. Have I got this right? Allen keys rather than 15 mm spanner?
