  • Anecdotal evidence from a sample of one, but my 500 is a PITA. Regularly takes 2-3 minutes to get a location even though it's in exactly the same place I turned it off a few hours before. Maybe its a bit of a duffer, but my experience of the 510 (I don't own one, but I've used one) is that it's a considerable improvement.

    But if you don't need it to connect with a power meter, and just need cadence and HRM, why not get a 200 instead?
