So the question is, do you want someone who can't [be arsed to] negotiate their own fee to be in charge of negotiating your house sale?
If they didn't bother putting up a fight for thousands, will they really care about earning another £100 by negotiating another £10,000 on your property? Or are they just interested in following the path of least resistance on everything?

Been on the blower to estate agencies a lot today.
Key point - they all start at 1.5% plus VAT and some go as punchy as 3% plus VAT...
BUT...
They ALL crumble when pressed (apart from Foxtons).
One agent went from 2.5% to 1% with barely 30seconds worth of chat.
I love playing these no marks.
