On first glance at this I thought I'd clicked on something NSFW - but then woah, that's a shiny RadFadez™ stem. It's almost iridescent.
-
• #53
It's kinda NSFW
too damn sexy

• #54
I'm going to build the Mack hubs to Archetypes because I think that's the best shout.
Last chance to chime in with any alternative suggestions
-
• #55
That stem looks a lot nicer than when I last saw it!
-
• #56
I'd say grey open pro's - this isn't a srs bike is it? Archetypes are fine, just something about the way they look I've never liked (even though I have them as my main wheels...)
-
• #57
Yeah Archetypes look wank. +1 for gre Open Pros, classic
-
• #58
+1 for leaving the welds. They're pretty.
-
• #59
I would only go for Open Pro CD rims and I have tried and failed to find these in 28h
So my two options are black Archetypes or Grey Tb14
-
• #60
Are you going to use a brake on the rim? If so, try and find ceramic not CD, if you don't want the finish to wear.
-
• #61
won't be any braking on this wheelset
But if anyone can find me a 32h and 28h Open Pro Cd or Ceramic then I would much prefer these. I just haven't been able to
-
• #62
Hmm, yeah 32h CD is easy (i have some on order) but 28h is difficult. I have a feeling Fitzrovia cycles has a 28h CD open pro, but an older generation. Might be loosing my mind but they def. have some grey open pro's hanging up.
-
• #63
Also, check with just riding along - may be able to order for you?
-
• #64
I'll try Fitzrovia.
I've got other wheels in the meantime but keen to get them built up soon as possible.
-
• #65
I'm going with Ano TB14's
-
• #66
there's been some progress
-
• #67
Yes! That looks damn rad! Not the same exact paint I had for my GT, but this is even better! Well done!
Are you doing the paintjobs on your own?
-
• #68
phwoar

• #69
oh my...
-
• #70
No - this is a professional paintjob
-
• #71
Who did it?
I am weak at the knees, lovely.

Jeez, that is stunning!
Who is this professional you speak off?
