They do upturned extensions which would likely be better as you already have spacers under the pads (so will have downward sloping arms unless you hold the shifters with your little fingers or lose the spacers)
Funnily enough PX now have these in stock (I checked again last week), so have ordered a pair. Paid extra to avoid using Yodel, but knowing Planet X they probably won't be here in time for the weekend :0(
