it is nice to get paid for riding a bike. the training program my team requires me to follow is a bit one sided and interval heavy though

New iron purchased from @peter_v

Just switched from a 23 at the back to a 25, and a 20 at front (due to clearance) to a 28, so much comfort, really nice bit to get a metallic clang and fear of a snakebite puncture every time I hit a pothole
