Definitely worth looking into: still a lot of love for 8v and it seems a crying shame that such a small part could render the Ergo U/S.
Might be worth having a word with @zootsuit and @Vergo unless you have your own secret laboratory...
PS Not sure how often Vergo is on here: contact deets here. I was in touch with him about some headtube badges and he's very helpful and can print in metal.
