Yes, exactly the same thing is happening to me right now, really begging for a lever to replace the wrong one sold me by a user here whose name I can't type (funny characters).
So, I've been trying to sort out these new upright bars for my broken elbow for three weeks, and this freshtripe silence is making me worry I should now look elsewhere.

Has anyone ordered anything from these folks recently? ive never had any problems in the past but my order of 3 weeks ago hasnt showed up and there is no answer to my emails. the blog hasnt been updated since mid Feb. a bit worrying.
