I take issue with the 'move to a safe position' bit
From my experience, getting up, off the road means NOBODY WILL HELP YOU. This reduces the chances of getting witness details and increases the chances of you having to look after your bike and stuff whilst potentially suffering from shock and / or a serious injury.
It should read 'if you are in no immediate danger, do not move. Ask for help'.
Also needs a search and replace for 'accident' and replace with 'collision'.

We need a sticky for 'What to do in the event of a collision' - read too many posts on here of 'didn't get police involved, driver said they'd just pay up' followed by a post a bit later saying 'driver refusing to pay up'.
Getting chipped teeth fixed? That's going to cost hundreds if not thousands of pounds. You MUST get the police involved. You MUST. DO IT NOW.
Did you get the drivers reg details, description, name?
