This route was shown to me by a friend a while ago - way better than the BHF version, far more lanes and small roads. I rode it 42x16 at a slow pace as we were chaperoning lots of non-cycling friends. Got a PB up Ditchling Beacon though - just over a minute behind Michal Kwiatkowski and Tao Geoghegan Hart!
