Yes, I think you can find them for £2200/2300 iirc, try and get a discount in the store, failing that try watch forums

The new one has just come out at the same price (maybe £50 more). Virtually the same, but many more lines of text on the dial, slightly different date window/3 marker and is also available in blue, but most importantly has an in-house movement rather than the ETA.
If you like the new one, hang on and buy that. If you prefer the 2-line of text one, then you should be able to get discounts on the old model or good deals on second hand as people will soon all be after the in-house one. Either way, don't be paying current dealer prices for the outgoing model.

It wouldn't impress your Rolex-wearing colleagues, but I like this.

Older Rolex GMT Master, black/black with the more roundy numbers. Switch the steel bracelet for a nice black leather strap.
The Nomos ones ^ do look nice, Nautilus Dual Time would be the ultimate.
Otherwise you said you like understated and utilitarian, right?

^Steinhart is sold out.

Christ, even I think that's too busy!

Not a fan of the Nomos, GMT Master would have to have the Pepsi bezel I think.
Breitling is horrendous.

But it's the Bentley version!
Surely it must exude class.

I'd prefer an Explorer 1, but with a GMT hand - however that doesn't exist.

Just go black n gold.

I'm not usually a fan of TAG but my dad has this and I've always really liked it. Very simple / elegant for a GMT.

I don't actually own a GMT watch.
All these recent posts are making me feel like I'm missing out.

You probably need one now too!

It's smaller than my Fenix 2 by quite a way, but that has to have a large face in order to be legible whilst running like a Dervish.
The GMT master is 2mm smaller than the Explorer 2, might try that on when I find somewhere that has one.
Tried on a Pelagos in Norwich today, came with in moments of pulling the trigger but thought I can get it cheaper elsewhere (it was about £2500). Can I?
