everything is in play right now, but have found some recipes which will make for interesting breakfasts, looks like I'll be using alot of smoked fish as a substitute for the bacon and sausages..
Right now I'm thinking along the lines of, smoked haddock fish cakes with poached eggs, some sort of fried rice (nasi goreng, but without the peanut oil), a leek and potato hash with kippers, frittata (but I'm worried about the amount of oil used in the recipe I have), whitebait fritters, and herring pastries...
