Don't see why. It's performing the same job as one of these and I've used Surly Tuggnuts on two different bikes, without any problems.

I bent one of the cheapies and the end of the skewer that came with the bike but that might've been from crashing. I guess looking at them they just don't look strong enough - I presumed they should cover the axle. I also though about just wacking in a bolt in the trackend in front of the axle to fill the gap a bit.

These appear to be for the QR 'axle'. Aren't they just going to ruin (crush/bend) the QR skewer?
