Looking for some decent breakfast/brunch recipe books. Trying to add in some sort of healthy ish take on the big breakfast, rather than just frying bacon and sausages. We are talking cooked breakfasts and not cereal/muesli/granola and yoghurt.
If your constitution can take it, the Japanese do the most amazing, healthy breakfasts. Rice and miso soup with smoked fish is the norm. And if you want to be hardcore, you can get hold of natto at the Japan Centre.
