You'll probably have to check everything individually, look at all the things you listed and your pedals and chain, give them all a wiggle, if you can't find out what it is then remove one of them, clean, grease and reattach and try the bike again. If you do all of them and can't find it try other bits of the bike, if you still can't find it wear headphones when you ride.
