Just tried to pay tax online - dealer sent me numbers from V5 - but it wouldn't let me. So I went to Post Office, no joy. They offered to sell me a new V5 application for £25 instead, then I could pay tax. Bah.
So I now need to go and buy scooter, leave it there, pay tax at Post Office and return following day to collect it and ride home. What nonsense.
