Pretty satisfied with today's run. The plan was to do 1:45 at Level 2 (5:00/km on the road).
I ended up doing 21.1km in 1:46, which works out pretty much spot on 5:00/km but that also means I was probably working a bit harder than planned since the route was 90% off road, with lots of gates/styles and some pretty soggy bits. Lots to be positive about, especially since today was my longest run this year and I felt pretty comfortable.
As @Jones, I'd tentatively like 3hours at London but since all my training is off road I find it a bit hard to judge how much faster I'll go on tarmac.
