Heard from Colourtech today that the frame is ready for collection.

I am excite.

How much was the framebuilders course + materials if you dont mind me asking?

I think it was about £1,200 all up. I looked at it as a holiday.

The pink valve caps, and the matching pink bottle-cage bolts were a gift from the guys at London Bicycle Workshop, who did the build.

I thought they might be pink too, but they could have had purple fringing

Really liking this bike, must be great to have built the frame up yourself and then finally get to ride it. Super tidy lugs.

The groupset is a great choice for the build too - a local shop has a Colossi steel frame with the very same on it and it looks almost as good as yours. How does it ride?

Fantastic work.I love silver painted steel frames.It shows off the fine lug work and fluted tubes very well. For me pink, cerise and brown are not quite working as a combo.Either silver headset or no brown would be better. Otherwise stunning finale to a great thread.

looks really impressive. you might want to put some helicopter tape on the head tube, or the cables may rub the paint.

Silver/ pink looks nice . Front end also doesn't work quite for me, paint matching the fork to pink and a silver headset would be nice, I think!
