I've had somehting go missing from Fedex. I don't know how it happened, it's still v unclear, but eventually I was just told that it had been destroyed....??!? I hope yours turns up and doesn't meet that fate
fortunately it was a replaceable pair of shoes and after a massive argument and threats of court I got sent a new pair.
