@mcmyk there is a video on youtube whereby you can pull Hollowgrams with a custom milled aluminium rod and a Park Tools crank extractor, but getting hold of a bit of aluminium 120mm 5/8" stick is more difficult that just borrowing an extractor...

Does anyone have a Hollowgram removal tool (in London) and can I borrow it for a day or two (this weekend)?
