This is why it's important to try helmets on and adjust them to see how they fit before you buy one.
Ha ha I did though! I can get it to fit comfortably and (what I considered to be) snugly. It's just the not being able to move it more than an inch part, which I’m sure is very useful in a head vs road situation, but I don’t see how it can be achieved without doing the chin strap too tight.
I’ll have another go at adjusting the strap and if it still doesn’t feel right I’ll return it.
