I'd like a custom frame but the Kinesis is nice and I reckon a size up would help with the midfoot/overlap issue. I'm pretty sure I have the smaller end of the scale, the 54 and could do with the 57 which is only 1cm longer in the top tube but might make slower London riding a bit nicer. Although the 57 has a 2.5cm longer head tube. If only I knew a bike fitter...

Good service from Kinesis, great excuse/opportunity to get a custom frame too.
*goes home to damage frame in order to justify a custom replacement to wife....
